ToDoList 6.5.7: Rare form of task management tool, one that allows you to repeatedly sub-divide your tasks into more manageable pieces whilst still presenting a clean and intuitive user experience

ToDoList 6.5.7 - free software to manage tasks and projects. Great tool for people who have a million things to do. It allows you to create lists of tasks that can prioritize and distinguish colors. The tasks we can add extensive comments (also in RichText format - ie including different fonts, lighted links, text alignment). For each task, you can write down the expected and real execution time. It also allows you to enter the execution rates. You can assign tasks to individual subtasks that can be displayed in the tree view. Larger projects can be created in separate tabs.

The program allows you to import duties, among others from Outlook and GanttProject. Exporting and it is possible to include to: GanttProject, Excel (CSV), iCalendar, or in the form of a web page.

Additionally, for people working in several places great advantage is that the application does not require installation. After downloading and unpacking, you can use it right away - for example, carry on a pendrive. On the other hand, allows a few people over the network on a single project file.

It is also worth noting that for most functions can be configured independently convenient keyboard shortcuts. The program also has a reminder, which can be attached to each task and indicate to play their own sound. On top of this program is out of the box a little over 2MB!
