Task Coach 01.03.13 is a simple, free manager, notes and tasks to do. It allows you to plan your work, meetings, or simply add a note. Each task can be added accompanied by a description, assign the appropriate category and record the payment for the task. Furthermore, in order not to forget about any task, we can determine the exact date of commencement, implementation and completion, as well as to define a reminder (which can be repeated at regular intervals).
The application has built-in calendar single day, on which to easily see what times are free, and what we are addressing. If you have a large number of tasks, and notes may be helpful built-in search. Task Coach 01.03.13 has a Polish language version, although unfortunately it has some shortcomings and in some places, meet untranslated phrases.
Task Coach 01.03.13 is a task organizer designed to create, edit, and delete tasks and subtasks as simple as possible.
Each time you add a task, the program will prompt a title (subject), a description, a priority number, start date, due date and end date. It also allows you to optionally set a reminder for that task, according to your needs.
Tasks can be viewed as a list or a tree.
The program supports several filters to eg hide completed tasks or view only tasks undone.
An interesting feature is the ability to create tasks by dragging an e-mail from Outlook or Thunderbird on the display task. You can also attach files by dragging and dropping attachments from Outlook and Thunderbird on the "Attachments".
The status of a task depends on its subtask and vice versa, for example, marks the last subtask as completed, the main task will also be marked as completed.
Both tasks and notes can be assigned to categories defined by the user, and you can keep tabs on the time you take a task, while also can be viewed by individual effort period: daily, weekly and monthly .
Finally, tasks, notes, effort and categories can be exported to HTML and CSV, and printed according to the current view, including filters and order of selection,
